This building came into conception during our Spring 2018 studio - Surface Operations - and is based on the idea of integrating a building into the landscape. With some walls of our building acting as a retaining walls against the surrounding landscape, we took interest in developing our drawings of it further. The building acts as a service and exhibition area for nearby electric vehicle charging station. The goal of this class project was to learn how to create construction drawings, and was meant to be conducted in collaboration with our studio project.
